Her corporate career spans people leadership, HR representative and trainer. She shares her specialist skills through a blended learning approach by integrating coaching, mentoring and training. Fiona has designed and delivered a variety of specialist training programmes to 150+ finance professionals throughout her career a skill that she now uses to train coaches and emerging leaders.

As a performing artist for over 30 years, Fiona also uses her stage experience, voice and dance training to help her clients to maximise their executive presence and become more confident speakers so that they can read the audience, communicate with charisma and conviction and most importantly enjoy the moment.
Fiona is an EMCC accredited Senior Coaching and Mentoring Practitioner, a graduate of IMI in Executive Coaching, a certified Coach Master Toolkit Practitioner with the World Business Executive Coach Summit, NLP Coaching Practitioner, an ILI Certified Career Coach and a qualified Corporate Trainer with a QQI Special Purpose Award. Fiona is a Roche Martin Accredited Practitioner of Emotional Capital, BPS Certified in Ability and Occupational Psychometric Assessments and an Inner Hero Facilitator with certifications in Personality Assessment, Career and Life Coaching and is also a Qualified Financial Advisor.
