Career Coaching – ILI Certificate

 INTRODUCTION

This powerful and unique 3-day program is designed for those who have completed a coach training course. It provides an excellent opportunity to develop career coaching skills, acquire effective proven career coaching tools to enhance and widen your coaching offering.

This workshop will enable you to develop your career coaching/career management competencies and knowledge through practical and experiential methods.

This comprehensive program includes a one hour follow-up mentoring consultation with Jackie.

A course manual which iincludes a full range of career coaching tools is also provided as part of the training.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Qualified coaches who wish to add Career Coachjing to their range of coaching services and work with both individuals and groups in career management, career coaching, personal development or outplacement services. It also enables participants acquire career coaching knowledge and expertise to successfully manage their own career. The program will also be of interest to those working in the Learning and Development , Human Resources and Career Guidance roles.
